On Monday June 16, our Superintendent showed teachers at a workshop this artificial intelligence dinosaur. Check out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GAYUb10YtsU&feature=related

Now, here are my questions to you--
WHY are those dolphins so engaged?

Why is this dinosaur with artificial intelligence important to education?
Why should we have things like this available to you?
What implications does this have for teachers and kids?

Share your ideas here (and don't forget to put your name beside your comments):

Jared--
The dolphins were probably interested what it was. Most likely they have never seen it before. Maybe these should be in schools so kids can understand how robots work and so children can learn about robots. This might be a new generation of robots.
